Oversee the entire banquet staff for the execution of the event, work with the client and address any concerns you or others may have during the course of the event.
Oversee the service of food and beverages to guests in a timely manner. Supervise the service performance.
Prepares the venue setup, caters to the needs of the guests as well as ensuring an outstanding guests experience throughout the affair.
